CHME was founded in 1979 to provide a forum for hospitality researchers and practitioners to engage in dialogue, share experiences, and disseminate information to further the development of hospitality education and support the hospitality industry. Today, CHME membership consists of both UK and international members who all have a vested interest in hospitality.
